- About me and my interest in Asterisk
- I'm a part owner in a software company (Safi Systems) currently working on a line of products for creating call flow applications for use with Asterisk. What makes these products different then other Asterisk IVR editors is that they operate outside the Asterisk config files. This allows us to add some pretty awesome enhancements (ie enterprise level database integration). The designer of these call flow applications (SafiWorkshop) uses a graphical diagram interface that should make life a lot easier for folks creating complex (or even simple) IVRs and call flows.
